Well I've finally managed some proper computer time while my little one is asleep.  Max was born on the 22nd of October after 17 hours of labour followed by an emergency c-section.  He is just adorable...and very time consuming (as you can tell by the fact that it's taken me 4 weeks to announce his ...

Hi Nic   I'm so sorry to hear your news...this is something my husband and I went through last year when he received a positive result.  It certainly does not rule our lives though.  I pump Matt full of vitamins and nag him a lot about being healthy but apart from that our lives are pretty normal.  ...

Thanks for that Erin, it means a lot.  You've probably read on other threads now that I am actually pregnant. 51/2 months actually. Matt and I decided not to have pre-natal testing done which was something we decided before I even fell pregnant. We contemplated a lot of different options and decided...

Thanks everyone for your well wishes   You're right Michelle, the sand would be a nice place to be sometimes, but eventually we would have to come up for air.  At the moment we're preparing for the future, but also trying not to dwell on it too much so that we can enjoy the present...and really, we ...

Hi everyone   Some of you may have heard the news (perhaps on facebook) but I thought it was about time that I announced to my friends in the forum that i am 3 and a half months pregnant.   I realise that this may cause a stir due to matts hd status, however, be assured that this is something we put...

Well i didn't actually get a chance to watch it, even though i was intending too.   I did, however, get a phone call from a very concerned mum and dad the next wanting to make sure that Matt hadn't watched it.  My parents have had very little to do with HD (except for Matts testing) and they were qu...
